The Institute of Body Psychotherapy provides counselling and training.
Body Psychotherapy (somatic psychotherapy) is an integrated emotional, physical, mental and spiritual approach to wellbeing. Somatic Psychotherapy is a life changing process. Its holistic approach creates changes that are deep-seated and lasting.
The foundations come from Bio Energetics, Core Energetics, Jung, Freud and Reich. This is integrated with the latest in neuroscience and body orientated trauma resolution.
Sessions can be for individuals, couples, and groups. We also provide workshops and a three year practitioner training course.
