At Pilates 26 we are a family-owned dual studio situated in the former Mowbray town Church Hall. With dedicated studios for Barre Pilates & Mat Pilates and another for Reformer Pilates.We offer over 60 classes run by our 12 experienced instructors, catering to all levels of fitness and capability.Pilates provides the ultimate full-body workout experience. With elements inspired by ballet and yoga, our classes will tone your body and improve your functional movement.Pilates 26 is also a safe place, delivering an inclusive and judgement-free environment.We welcome people of all shapes, sizes, genders and orientations; and pride ourselves on creating an environment made for every, body and everybody.
