Vietnamese cuisine is said to be one of the healthiest in the world, featuring fresh herbs and vegetables. Le combines the attributes of both cultures with kangaroo, in fried rice, stir fry, curry and tossed noodles. It’s also offered as steaks, fried and on skewers. The mix of flavors and textures makes for a unique taste sensation.

The Chinese restaurant offers 10 entrees that can be combined with rice paper rolls, an extensive number of soups, fried rice dishes, and Vietnamese salads. Diners will also find stir fry, curry, wok-tossed noodles and desserts. Individuals can partake of beverages ranging from juice and soda, to tea, coffee and smoothies.

Customers can visit Springwood Garden for a dine-in or takeaway experience, along with an ala carte and all-you-can-eat Vietnamese menu. The eatery can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and special diet requirements upon request. There’s a corkage fee of $2 on BYO beef or wine only and a 10 percent surcharge on public holidays.
