Ha Le, owner of Springwood Garden restaurant, is using the knowledge of cooking and spices she learnt from her mother to blend Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine with uniquely Australian fare. It’s a blending of cultures that offers clients a unique selection of dishes from which to choose.

Customers can visit Springwood Garden for a dine-in or takeaway experience, along with an ala carte and all-you-can-eat Vietnamese menu. The eatery can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and special diet requirements upon request. There’s a corkage fee of $2 on BYO beef or wine only and a 10 percent surcharge on public holidays.
