Celebrating the best in Nordic cinema exclusively at Palace Cinemas, the Volvo Scandinavian Film Festival returns in 2018 to Palace Barracks with a great line-up of films from across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland and Finland. The host of Australian premieres represents the high calibre and original cinema including award-winners recognised both locally & internationally.

Highlights of the VOLVO SCANDINAVIAN FILM FESTIVAL 2018 include Danish Academy Award Winner, A Horrible Woman, by Danish director Christian Tafdrup, While We Live, psychodrama Thelma and multi award-winning film, Under the Tree – Edda Awards 2018 for Best Director, Best Film, Actor of the Year, Actress of the Year, Screenplay of the Year & Best Visual Effects.
