Based in Sydney’s inner west, we offer both Pilates and physiotherapy sessions run by fully trained and experienced staff.
At Evolution Pilates, you will be guided by experienced, physiotherapists and professional Pilates instructors to help successfully recover from injury, improve your movement, muscle tone and balance or reduce your pain. We are here to help you achieve your best in physical health goals – from daily function to competitive or elite sport and dance, to pre and post pregnancy.
We offer individualised, supervised Pilates exercise programs with 3 clients per instructor in the Pilates studio. We also offer Pilates mat and barre classes with Garuda exercise influence. We combine the proven, evidence based approach of physiotherapy with respected Pilates methods and principles, to prevent return of pain and sustain your peak physical wellbeing.
